ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms apply when you browse or purchase from PrismScript. By submitting an order, you agree to the product details, pricing, policies, and final-preview approval process shown on the site at the time of purchase.

YOUR PHOTO AND WORDING

You confirm that you have the right to use every photo, name, phrase, logo, and other material you submit and that your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Orders must be placed by an adult. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may decline or cancel content we reasonably cannot produce.

You grant PrismScript and its production and shipping partners limited permission to use submitted materials only as needed to prepare, manufacture, fulfill, support, and document your order.

FINAL PREVIEW AND PRODUCTION

You create and approve your artwork on the product page before checkout. There is no separate emailed proof or included designer revision round. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, layout, cropping, and placement in the final preview.

Production begins after your approval. Changes requested after approval may be unavailable or may require a new order.

IMAGE AND PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Final quality depends on the resolution, focus, lighting, and composition of the photo you upload. We may recommend a different file if an image is unsuitable.

Screen colors, transparency, reflections, edge appearance, and the apparent scale of product photographs can vary from the finished acrylic. Product dimensions, mounting details, and included components are described on the product page.

PRICES, PAYMENT, AND FULFILLMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before work begins.

We may use specialized production and shipping partners to fulfill orders.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND DELIVERY

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Personalized products are subject to the cancellation and remedy rules stated in those policies.

SITE USE

You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy site content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

CHANGES AND APPLICABLE RIGHTS

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
