Shipping rate and destinations

Standard shipping is $19.99 USD per order to eligible U.S. addresses. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from order placement, including production and carrier transit. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; production or carrier delays can occur. Contact us before ordering if you need your portrait by a specific date.

You approve your artwork on the product page before checkout. There is no separate emailed proof or revision step.

Tracking and address changes

We email tracking information when your order ships. Review your address before checkout and contact us immediately if it needs to change. Address changes after production or shipment begins may not be possible.

Shipping damage

If your portrait arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund. Photos are required: include clear images of the damage, the full product, and the shipping packaging, along with your order number. Keep the packaging until your claim is resolved.

Contact us through our Contact page to start the request. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we request it. If a return is required, we provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Do not send the item back before receiving instructions. See our refund policy for details.

Delays and lost packages

If your package appears lost or is delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will contact you with the available options, including consent to a revised date or a refund when required by law.
