Help before you order

Tell us the size you are considering and what you need help with. For a specific gift deadline or a question about photo quality or mounting, ask before placing your order.

Help with an existing order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Describe the issue or requested change clearly. Your artwork is approved before checkout, so contact us promptly if something needs attention; changes after ordering are not guaranteed.

Shipping damage

To request a free replacement or refund for verified shipping damage, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging and keep them ready. Include your order number; we will tell you how to send the photos. You only need to return the item if we request it, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label. See our refund policy.
