What is a PrismScript portrait?
Your photograph and optional lettering are printed flat on 3/16-inch clear acrylic. It is a personalized photo panel, rather than raised lettering, a framed paper print, or a light-up display.
Which sizes can I order?
Choose 12 × 8, 18 × 12, 24 × 16, 30 × 20, or 36 × 24 inches, listed width × height. All five are landscape rectangles with the same 3:2 shape. Square sizes are not currently offered.
How much does it cost?
Base prices are $99 for 12 × 8, $159 for 18 × 12, $229 for 24 × 16, $299 for 30 × 20, and $399 for 36 × 24 inches. Optional hardware and rounded corners cost extra. Your selected price appears on the product page; shipping and applicable taxes appear at checkout.
Can I use a couple, pet, wedding, or memorial photo?
Yes. You can use your own photo for a family portrait, couple’s keepsake, pet portrait, wedding gift, or memorial. Choose an image you have permission to print and check that the subject fits the landscape crop.
Can I leave off the family name and all lettering?
Yes. Every wording field is optional. Leave the title, phrase, and names/message fields blank for a photo-only portrait. Example text in an empty field is a suggestion, not part of your design.
What can I customize?
Upload your photo and adjust its zoom and position. Add an optional title, main phrase, and names, date, or short message. Choose separate fonts for the title and phrase/names, adjust the three text sizes, and choose lettering color and placement.
Can I see my design before paying?
Yes. Your live preview updates as you customize. Open View final preview for a larger image, check your design, and approve it before adding it to your cart. If you change the design afterward, review and approve the updated version again.
Will you email me another proof?
No. You create and approve your design on the product page before checkout. The approved artwork is saved with your order; there is no separate emailed design proof or included designer revision round.
Which photo formats work?
Upload JPG, PNG, or WebP using Choose file or drag and drop on a computer. Convert HEIC photos to JPG before uploading. Use the original photo instead of a screenshot or compressed social-media copy.
Can I use a vertical photo?
Yes, but it must be cropped to the 3:2 landscape shape. Adjust the crop and make sure faces and other important details remain inside the preview. A wider original often gives you more room.
How do I know if my photo is sharp enough?
Use the highest-resolution original available and inspect it at full size. Larger prints and heavier cropping require more detail. Enlarging a blurry or small file does not restore detail, and a preview that looks good on a small screen is not a print-quality guarantee. See our Photo Guide or ask us before ordering.
What does Improve text contrast do?
It adds soft shading that fades above and below the lettering to help words stand out. It is optional. When enabled, this shading is part of the printed artwork, so check it in the final preview.
Are mounting standoffs included?
The base option includes no mounting hardware. Add a set of four silver standoffs for $15 or four black standoffs for $20. Select your finish before reviewing the final product.
What if I choose no mounting hardware?
You will need to arrange a suitable mounting method for your acrylic panel and wall surface. Do not assume ordinary picture hooks or adhesive strips are suitable. If you are unsure which option to choose, contact us before ordering.
Can I choose rounded corners?
Yes. Square corners are included in the base price, or choose the 1-inch rounded-corner option for an additional $10. The preview reflects your selection.
Are the standoffs printed onto the photo?
No. Standoffs and the illustrated corner effects show the selected physical finish. They are not printed into the artwork file. Your hardware and corner selections are recorded separately with your order.
Will the printed colors look exactly like my screen?
Screen brightness and color settings, lighting, and the acrylic surface can affect appearance. Use the final preview to check the photo crop, wording, and layout; screen colors and simulated reflections are not an exact physical color match.
Why can’t I add my portrait to the cart?
First upload a supported photo, then open View final preview and approve the design. After editing any design option, approve the new preview again. If the upload still fails, try a JPG or PNG original and contact us with the error message.
Where do you ship, and when will it arrive?
Standard shipping is $19.99 USD per order to eligible U.S. addresses. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from order placement, including production and transit; weekends and holidays are excluded. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. See our shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking information when your order ships. Use the View your order link in your confirmation email to check the order details.
Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the requested change. Your design is already approved at checkout, so do not assume a later edit or cancellation is possible. See our refund policy for the applicable terms.
What if my portrait arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your portrait arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund. Photos are required: include clear images of the damage, the full product, and the shipping packaging, along with your order number. Keep the packaging until your claim is resolved. Contact us through our Contact page to begin. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we request it. If a return is required, we provide a prepaid shipping label.
