What kind of photo should I upload?

Use the original, highest-resolution photo available. Use JPG, PNG, or WebP. Bright, sharp images with space around faces work best with the landscape crop.

Can I change the wording?

Yes. Add your family name, a short phrase, names, a date, or a personal message. Every wording field is optional; leave them blank for a photo-only portrait.

Will I see the design first?

Yes. Customize your portrait on the product page, then open the final preview to check the crop and wording. Approval happens before checkout; no separate emailed proof is included.

Is this raised or layered lettering?

No. This is a premium flat printed acrylic panel with your image and lettering printed on the acrylic surface.
